In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any Services on ayu89. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ayu89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to ayu89's satisfaction.

2.2 Residency. The ayu89 platform is designed and operated with the Indonesian market as its primary audience. You must be a resident of Indonesia and must access the Services in a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter contracts, may not register or use the Services.

2.4 Restricted Territories. Residents of Restricted Territories are strictly prohibited from registering accounts or using the Services. ayu89 employs technical and procedural measures to detect and block access from Restricted Territories. Attempting to circumvent these measures — including through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other anonymisation tools — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any Wallet Balance.

2.5 Employee Restriction. Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of ayu89 and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to open member accounts or participate in any promotional offers.

3.1 One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one registered account on ayu89. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ayu89 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets placed through them, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and preferred payment method details. ayu89 may reject registration applications or subsequently suspend accounts where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ayu89 will treat any action taken through your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of unauthorised access. ayu89 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available in your account security settings.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). ayu89 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon a withdrawal request, or following any unusual account activity. Required documents may include a government-issued identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

3.5 Username and Display Name. Your chosen username must not be offensive, impersonate any third party, or incorporate the name of any public figure, brand, or organisation without authorisation. ayu89 reserves the right to require a username change at its sole discretion.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on ayu89 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There is no currency conversion at any point. Your Wallet Balance is held and displayed in IDR at all times.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. ayu89 accepts deposits via the following local payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and ayu89 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings. These limits may be adjusted for VIP members at ayu89's discretion.

4.4 Processing Times. Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance in real time upon confirmation of the inbound transfer. Withdrawal requests to e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within an average of five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are processed within two hours during normal operating conditions. ayu89 does not guarantee processing times on Indonesian national public holidays, though our team operates 24/7.

4.5 Payment Method Matching. For fraud prevention purposes, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been pre-approved by the ayu89 verification team. ayu89 reserves the right to request ownership verification for any payment method before processing a withdrawal.

4.6 Declined Transactions. ayu89 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, ayu89 may freeze the relevant Wallet Balance pending investigation and will cooperate with relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5.1 General. ayu89 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin equivalents, and Slot Tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, as communicated at the point of claim, in addition to these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by product: sportsbook bets at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%; live casino bets contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused or uncompleted Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from your account at expiry.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus offer may be active in your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all active bonus balances.

5.5 Prohibited Bonus Strategies. ayu89 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and, where applicable, suspend an account if it determines that a Member has engaged in any of the following: low-risk or risk-free betting strategies intended to exploit bonus terms (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse"); collusion with other Members; placing matched bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements; or any other strategy inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

5.6 ayu89's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. ayu89 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's account before the effective date of the change.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the ayu89 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by ayu89 at its sole discretion. ayu89 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placement and may vary by sport, league, market type, and Member tier.

6.3 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are available across all supported football leagues including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League. A minimum of two selections is required for a mix parlay bet. If one or more selections are voided, the bet is recalculated on the remaining selections. 6.4 In-Play Betting. Live (in-play) betting is subject to real-time odds updates and market suspension. ayu89 is not liable for bets placed on outdated odds resulting from connection delays on the Member's side. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension are valid unless the relevant event was already decided at the time of placement.

6.5 Slot and Casino Games. All slot and live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer environments provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are maintained at the levels certified by the respective game studios. ayu89 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.6 Slot Tournaments. ayu89's Slot Tournament product operates under separate competition rules published at the time each tournament is launched. Tournament entry, prize pool distribution, tiebreaker rules, and eligibility criteria are governed by those specific rules in addition to these Terms.

6.7 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any bet or game, the records held in the ayu89 server logs shall be the definitive reference. Members may raise disputes via live chat within 72 hours of the relevant event conclusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling ayu89 to immediately suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit your Wallet Balance:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or transacting.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether under your own identity or a false identity).
• Using the Services from a Restricted Territory or while accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, matched betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any strategy identified as inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ayu89 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the ayu89 system, another Member's account, or ayu89's internal infrastructure.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the ayu89 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, user interface layout, text, graphics, software code, and game integrations — is the intellectual property of ayu89 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 Limited Licence. ayu89 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any platform content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the ayu89 platform or its content without the prior written consent of ayu89. Screen-scraping, data mining, or automated collection of platform data is strictly prohibited.

11.2 Exclusion of Indirect Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ayu89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss arising from a bet placed in error.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where ayu89 is found liable for direct loss, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ayu89 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services. ayu89 integrates third-party game studios, payment processors, and data providers. ayu89 is not liable for any failure, delay, inaccuracy, or interruption caused by a third-party service provider, including but not limited to game studio outages, bank processing delays, or e-wallet system errors.

11.5 Force Majeure. ayu89 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, or civil unrest.

12.1 ayu89's Right to Suspend. ayu89 reserves the right to suspend your account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory non-compliance, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its members.

12.2 ayu89's Right to Terminate. ayu89 may permanently close your account and terminate your access to the Services without prior notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, any Wallet Balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, may be forfeited in full.

12.3 Member-Initiated Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting ayu89 support via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Wallet Balance (net of Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification requirements.

12.4 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force.

13.1 Right to Amend. ayu89 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. 13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ayu89 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ayu89 holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Indonesian law.

14.2 Good-Faith Resolution. ayu89 is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly and promptly. In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to the ayu89 support team via live chat or to the support email address listed on this page. ayu89 will respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

14.3 Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the good-faith process described above within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised commercial arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis. You may not bring or participate in any class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding against ayu89.
